We will secure all areas which have a high Dust risk by completely covering, and encapsulating them and providing adequate air flow and filtration. The degree at which Dust is mitigated depend on the scale of the job and its unique needs.

well, this is unique to each job but to put it simply; a 250-300sqft Row Home kitchen takes about 8-12 hours depending on if we are simply removing all appliances, counter tops and cabinetry or removing tile walls and Tile / Laminate Flooring.

A 100sqft bathroom may take about 8 - 10 hours if its gutted to the wall studs/framing and subflooring. this includes removing all tiling, bathtub/shower toilet and vanities.

Depending on the project size, most jobs we haul away for a flat rate which is included in your quote automatically.

For larger House gutting we load dumpsters. In most situations, we arrive to a project already in progress with multiple other trades on site.
